
Sadoski started his award-winning stage career as the understudy for Mark Ruffalo and Mark Rosenthal in Off-Broadway's production of Kenneth Lonergan's critically reviewed play This is Our Youth at the Second Stage Theatre. This was the beginning of many productions for the theatre company based in New York. He has performed in a variety of Off-Broadway and Broadway productions, as well performing in regional theatres. He played the role of Greg in Neil LaBute's Play Reasons to Be Pretty at the MCC Theatre with his Newsroom co-star Alison Pill. It was an acclaimed Off-Broadway performance which sold to the max.
