Lis Wiehl is an American journalist and legal analyst who used to be an analyst for Fox News analyst.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor and National Public Radio. She appeared regularly on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is an Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) along with the JD degree in law from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl served as a US attorney. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the assistant chief investigator of Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee at the time of Clinton's Impeachment." She was a law professor as a tenured professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. Wiehl is an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
